  • What is your return policy?

    We are committed to quality products and services and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our 30−day Return Policy and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will be happy to offer you a free replacement or a refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

    In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please call Customer Service immediately at 403-499-8195 or email us at customerservice@davincidesigns.com. Our Customer Care representative will guide you through your options. These will include replacing the damaged work, credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.

    We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

    To request authorization please send e-mail to:  returns@davincidesigns.com with the following details:

    1. Order #, First & Last Name.
    2. Item #(s) you want to return.
    3. Specify reason for return.
    4. Wait for our Customer Service to e-mail you with your Return Authorization and Instructions.
